I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article, I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

• Sewing needle
• Safety eyes (8 mm)
• Yarn: Rainbow Cotton 8/4 and Rainbow Cotton 8/4 Melange

Amount of Yarn Needed:

Doll 1:

• Rainbow Cotton 8/4: Nude (003) – 1 skein
• Rainbow Cotton 8/4: Pink (045) – 1 skein
• Rainbow Cotton 8/4 Melange: Purple Melange (20) – 1 skein

Doll 2:

• Rainbow Cotton 8/4: Nude (003) – 1 skein
• Rainbow Cotton 8/4 Melange: Pink Melange (15) – 1 skein
• Rainbow Cotton 8/4 Melange: Pastel Yellow Melange (12) – 1 skein

Abbreviations:

• mr – magic ring
• sc – single crochet
• inc – increase

• BLO – back loops only

Legs, Body, and Head

With nude yarn

Rnd 1: mr, 6 sc into the ring (6)
Rnd 2: (2 sc, inc) x2 (8)
Rnds 3 – 11: 8 sc (8)
Stuff the legs.
Weave in the ends of the first leg and continue crocheting the other leg to crochet the legs together:
Rnd 12: ch 3, 8 sc in the first leg, 3 sc in the chain row, 8 sc in the other leg, 3 sc in the chain row (22)
Rnds 13 – 17: 22 sc (22)
Rnd 18: 3 sc, dec, (4 sc, dec) x2, 3 sc, dec (18)
Rnd 19: 18 sc (18)
Rnd 20: (4 sc, dec) x3 (15)

Place the safety eyes between rows 36 and 37 with a space of 9 stitches.
You can insert a wooden stick, a silicone rod, or some metal wire into the neck to better hold the head.

Weave in the ends but leave a little yarn for sewing the arms to the body between rnds 23 and 24.

Ears

With nude yarn

Rnd 1: mr, 5 sc into the ring (5)
Weave in the ends but leave a little yarn for sewing the ears to the head between rnds 35 and 37.

Hair

With Pastel Yellow Melange or Pink yarn

Rnd 1: mr, 6 sc into the ring (6)
Rnd 2: 6 inc (12)
Rnd 3: (1 sc, inc) x6 (18)
Rnd 4: (2 sc, inc) x6 (24)
Rnd 5: (ch 28, beginning in the 2nd ch, 9 inc, 18 sc, 1 sl st) x20, (ch 13, beginning in the 2nd ch, 12 sc, 1 sl st) x4
Weave in the ends but leave a little yarn for sewing the hair to the head.
The four short strands should sit over the eyes.

Dress

With Pink Melange or Purple Melange yarn

Ch 21, begin in the 2nd chain:
Rnd 1: (2 sc, 2 inc) x2, 4 sc, (2 inc, 2 sc) x2, ch 1, turn (28)
Rnd 2: 28 sc, ch 1 and turn (28)
Rnd 3: 4 sc, ch 2, skip 5 st, 9 sc, ch 2, skip 5 st, 5 sc, ch 1 and turn (22)
Rnds 4 and 5: 22 sc, ch 1 and turn
Rnd 6: 5 sc, inc, 10 sc, inc, 5 sc, ch 1 and turn (24)
Rnd 7: 5 sc, inc, 11 sc, inc, 6 sc, ch 1 and turn (26)
Rnd 8: 26 sc, turn (26)
Rnd 9: ch 4, 26 inc dtr in BLO (52)
Weave in the ends but leave a little yarn for sewing, place the dress on the body and sew the back.

Shoes

With Pink Melange or Purple Melange yarn

Rnd 1: mr, 8 sc into the ring
Rnd 2: (3 sc, inc) x2
Rnd 3: 10 sc in BLO
Rnd 4: 10 sc
Weave in the ends, put the shoes on, and sew them to the feet.

Assembly

• Embroider a nose between rnds 35 and 36, between the eyes.
• Put a little blush on the cheeks.
• Sew the arms to the body between rnds 23 and 24.
• Sew the ears to the head between rnds 35 and 37.
• Sew the hair onto the head, positioning the shorter strands over the eyes.
• Sew the dress onto the body, closing it in the back.
• Sew the shoes onto the feet.
