AMIGURUMI AWESOME BUNNY FREE PATTERN


 

If you enjoy making amigurumi, here I share this easy and free amigurumi pattern for you. Your kids will love these toys.

Materials:

  • Yarn: Lira Vita Cotton (60% cotton, 40% acrylic, 150 m/50 g)
  • Hook size: 1.4 mm
  • Black yarn for embroidering nose and eyebrows
  • Pink yarn for embroidering cheeks
  • 10 mm safety eyes
  • Sewing needle and scissors
  • Fiberfill

Abbreviations:

  • R: Row
  • mc: Magic Circle (Magic Ring)
  • ch: Chain
  • sc: Single Crochet
  • inc: 2 sc in the next stitch
  • dec: Single crochet 2 stitches together
  • F.o.: Fasten off
  • (12): Number of stitches at the end of the row
  • ( )* 6: Repeat whatever is inside the parentheses the number of times stated

Arms (Make 2)

  • R 1: 6 sc in mc (6)
  • R 2: (1 sc, inc) * 3 (9)
  • R 3-12: 9 sc (10 rows)
  • Stuff gently with fiberfill.
  • Fold top of arm flat and crochet 4 sc through both sides across.

Ears (Make 2)

  • R 1: 6 sc in mc (6)
  • R 2: (inc) * 6 (12)
  • R 3: (1 sc, inc) * 6 (18)
  • R 4-7: 18 sc (4 rows)

  • Don’t stuff with fiberfill.
  • Fold top of ear flat and crochet 6 sc through both sides across.
  • F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.

  • Don’t cut the yarn when you finish the second leg!

From the second leg: 3 ch, join with the first leg.

Continue crocheting the body in the round:

  • R 9: 15 sc on the first leg, 3 sc in 3 ch, 15 sc on the second leg, 3 sc in 3 ch (opposite side) (36)

Embroider a nose and eyebrows with black yarn. Embroider cheeks with pink yarn. Sew the ears to the head.
