Knitting Blue Dog Amigurumi Free Pattern

 

Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article, I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

Materials

• Yarn: Himalaya Dolphin Baby (less than half a skein of the main color, a bit of the second color)
• Alize Softy: white for muzzle and brown/blue for the spot
• Alize Cotton Gold: brown for the nose and white for the inner part
• 3.5 mm hook for Himalaya Dolphin Baby and Alize Softy, 1.75 mm hook for Alize Cotton Gold
• 12 mm safety eyes
• Black and white cotton yarn for muzzle
• Sewing needle and scissors
• Fiberfill

• (bo): popcorn stitch

Muzzle

With Alize Softy yarn and 3.5 mm hook:

• R 1: 5 ch, starting in the 2nd ch from hook: 3 sc, 3 sc in last ch, continue on other side of chain: 2 sc, inc (10)
• R 2: inc, 2 sc, inc x3, 2 sc, inc x2 (16)
• R 3: 1 sc, inc, 2 sc, (1 sc, inc) x3, 2 sc, (1 sc, inc) x2 (22)
• R 4: 2 sc, inc, 2 sc, (2 sc, inc) x3, 2 sc, (2 sc, inc) x2 (28)
• R 5-7: 28 sc (3 rows)

With Alize Softy yarn and 3.5 mm hook:

• R 1: 6 sc in MR
• R 2: (1 sc, 3 sc in one st) x3 (12)
• R 3: (2 sc, inc) x3 (18)
• R 4: 4 sc, 3 sc in one st, (5 sc, 3 sc in one st) x2, 1 sc (24)
• R 5: 5 sc, 2 inc, (6 sc, 2 inc) x2, 1 sc (30)

Head and Body

• R 1: 9 sc in MR
• R 2: inc x9 (18)

• R 7-14: 36 sc (8 rows)

Stuff the head with fiberfill. Sew the muzzle and spot to the head. Insert safety eyes 4 stitches apart.

Fill the body with fiberfill.

Inner Part of Ears (Make 2)

With Alize Cotton Gold yarn and 1.75 mm hook:

• R 2: inc, 7 sc, inc x3, 7 sc, inc x2 (26)
• R 3: 1 sc, inc, 7 sc, (1 sc, inc) x3, 7 sc, (1 sc, inc) x2 (32)
• R 4: 2 sc, inc, 7 sc, (2 sc, inc) x3, 7 sc, (2 sc, inc) x2 (38)

Arms (Make 2)

• R 1: 6 sc in MR
• R 2: (1 sc, inc) x3 (9)
• R 3-7: 9 sc (5 rows)

Flatten top of arm and sew 4 stitches across. F.o., leaving a long tail for sewing.

Legs (Make 2)

• R 1: 6 sc in MR
• R 2: inc x6 (12)
• R 3-4: 12 sc (2 rows)
• R 5: (4 sc, dec) x2 (10)
• R 6-10: 10 sc (5 rows)

Flatten top of leg and sew 5 stitches across. F.o., leaving a long tail for sewing.

Assembly

Sew inner ear parts onto outer ear parts. Sew ears and nose to head. Sew arms to body between rows 19 and 20. Sew legs to body between rows 25 and 26.
