LITTLE TIGER FREE AMIGURUMI PATTERN

Materials

• Alize Cotton Gold and YarnArt Jeans yarn
• 2.25 mm crochet hook
• 6 mm black beads for eyes
• Sewing needle, scissors
• Fiberfill

Abbreviations

• R – row
• ch – chain
• st – stitch
• sc – single crochet
• dc – double crochet
• tr – treble crochet
• inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)
• dec – decrease (2 sc together)
• BLO – back loop only
• FLO – front loop only
• [...] – number of stitches you should have at the end of the row
• (...) – repeat whatever is between the brackets the given number of times

Head

• R 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
• R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
• R 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
• R 4: 1 sc, inc, (2 sc, inc) repeat 5 times, 1 sc [24]
• R 5: (3 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [30]
• R 6: 2 sc, inc, (4 sc, inc) repeat 5 times, 2 sc [36]
• R 7-12: 36 sc
• R 13: 2 sc, dec, (4 sc, dec) repeat 5 times, 2 sc [30]
• R 14: (3 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [24]
• R 15: 1 sc, dec, (2 sc, dec) repeat 6 times, 1 sc [18]
• R 16: (1 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [12]. Stuff with fiberfill.
• Sew beads to the head on R 10.

Muzzle

• Make 6 ch.
• R 1: from the 2nd ch from hook: 4 sc, 3 sc in last st, turn: 3 sc, inc [12]
• R 2: inc, 3 sc, 3 inc, 3 sc, 2 inc [18]
• R 3: 1 sc, inc, 3 sc, (1 sc, inc) repeat 3 times, 3 sc, (1 sc, inc) repeat 2 times [24]
• Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Arms (make 2)

• R 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
• R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
• R 3: 12 sc
• R 4: (2 sc, dec) repeat 3 times [9]
• Change to sweater color:
• R 5-8: 9 sc
• R 9: dec, 7 sc [8]
• R 10-11: 8 sc
• Stuff the bottom part of the arm.
• Fold the top opening flat and 4 sc through both sides.
• Fasten off.

• R 1: FLO inc in every stitch to the end of row [60]
• R 2-4: 60 sc (3 rows)
• Fasten off.

Bow

• In magic ring: (1 sc, 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dc, 1 sc) repeat 2 times.
• Pull yarn tail to close magic ring.
• Wrap the yarn around the middle several times.
