Gauge

3 clusters and 3 rows = 4" [10 cm] in pattern.

Instructions

Foundation Chain: Ch 52.

1st Row: Cluster in 4th ch from hook. *Ch 1. Miss next ch. Cluster in next ch. Rep from * to last 2 ch. Ch 1. Miss next ch. 1 dc in last ch. Turn.

2nd Row: Ch 3 (counts as dc). Miss first dc. Cluster in next ch-1 sp. *Ch 1. Miss next cluster. Cluster in next ch-1 sp. Rep from * to end of row, ending with ch 1. Miss last cluster. 1 dc in top of turning ch. Turn.

Rep 2nd row for pattern until blanket measures 35" [89 cm]. Do not fasten off.

Edging

Ch 1. Working around outside edge of blanket, work 1 rnd of sc, having 3 sc in each corner. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.
