A Big Plush Forest Friend for Cozy Crochet Days

Soft, oversized, and full of charm, this free Totoro amigurumi crochet pattern by Anastasia Markova creates a 45 cm handmade character toy with a fantasy feel. Its plush yarn body makes it a memorable handmade gift idea or soft crochet toy. Fans of cuddly projects may enjoy our amigurumi teddy bear.

Rated Intermediate, this design is not a quick beginner project, and it includes sewn parts instead of low-sew or no-sew construction. The rounded body, white belly, and calm expression suit fantasy collections. If woodland-style toys are your favorite, our plush raccoon amigurumi is another project.

We sincerely thank Anastasia Markova for sharing this Totoro design. More fantasy and forest amigurumi ideas are waiting at the end of the pattern.
