About the Crochet Snowman Amigurumi Pattern

Materials and Tools

• Plush Yarn: Himalaya Dolphin Baby or YarnArt Dolce (100 g / 120 m).
  • White: 1.5 skeins for the snowman.
  • Additional color: Half a skein for crocheting the hat, scarf, and mittens.
• Cotton Yarn: YarnArt IDEAL (50 g / 170 m), orange for crocheting the spout.
• Black cotton or semi-cotton yarn for embroidering a smile.
• Eyes, 10–12 mm, sewn on or on a secure mount.
• Filler for toys.
• Crochet Hooks:
  • 4 mm and 5 mm for crocheting plush yarn.
  • 2 mm for crocheting the spout.
• Needle for stitching parts.
• Scissors.
• Buttons for decoration (optional).

Finished Toy Height: Approximately 29–30 cm.

Close the circle and fasten the yarn.

Eye Placement and Facial Details

Between approximately rounds 10 and 11 (counting from the crown) of the head, sew on the eyes or insert them at a distance of 8 loops.

Embroider a smile with black cotton yarn.

Sew buttons onto the tummy for decoration.

Fill the base of the hand.

Cut off the yarn, fasten it, and hide it in the crocheting.

Change to white yarn: Attach the white yarn where the half-loops remain and continue crocheting.

Fold in half (so that the finger is on the side; if necessary, crochet additional mixing loops). Crochet 6 sc together, leaving the yarn for sewing.

Arm Placement: Sew the hands to the snowman's body between approximately rounds 28 and 29, at a distance of 5 columns.

Stuff, fold in half, and crochet together on both sides. Leave yarn for sewing.

Leg Placement: Sew the legs to the body between rounds 8 and 9 (counting from the end) and fix the legs in row 10.

Sew on the legs so that the snowman stands on its own.

Scarf

Crochet from two colors, using a 5 mm hollow cord.

Scarf Length: 140 cm.

Insert the ends of the scarf into the holes left in the pompoms, tighten the holes, and sew, grabbing the scarf.
