Materials and Tools
- Yarn in three colors of your choice
- Drops Nord and Drops Alpaca for fluffy toys, or YarnArt Jeans, Drops Safran, or YarnArt Ideal for smooth toys
- Crochet hook suitable for your yarn, such as Clover 1.5 mm or 1.75 mm
- Yarn needle
- Sewing needle
- Black thread for embroidering the nose, such as YarnArt Canarias
- A small amount of ivory yarn for embroidering the claws, such as 100% cotton baby cotton, 50 g / 180 m
- 5 mm button eyes
- Black sewing thread for attaching the eyes
- Polyester fiberfill
- A piece of Velcro tape if you use fluffy yarn

Face
Rnd 1: Ch 9. Start in the second chain from the hook: 1 inc, 6 sc, 3 sc in the last st. Turn and continue on the other side of the chain, 7 sc (18)
Continue crocheting in a spiral.

Fasten off and cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Stuff the body firmly, but do not make it too round.

Add more fiberfill if necessary.
Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail.
Close the remaining hole using a yarn needle. Weave the yarn through the front loops of all 8 remaining stitches and pull tightly.
Hide the remaining yarn tail inside the piece.
Assembly
- Sew the face onto the body.
- Sew the spots over the face. The outer corners should point downwards.
- Sew the eyes over the spots.
- Embroider the nose in the center between the eyes. It should be positioned at approximately the same level as the eyes.
- Sew on the arms and legs.
- Embroider three claws on each paw.
Make the Head Tuft
Take a piece of the main yarn and use your crochet hook to make a loop under the first row.
Cut the yarn ends to the desired length and fluff the ends.
If you crocheted the toy using fluffy yarn, use a piece of Velcro tape to gently comb the toy and make it fluffier.
Finished Size
The finished size will vary depending on the yarn used.
- Using Drops Alpaca or Drops Nord: approximately 7 cm
- Using YarnArt Jeans: approximately 8 cm
