Amigurumi Rainbow Zebra Free Pattern

 

Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article, I will share one pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will also share some additional amigurumi patterns to inspire you.

Materials and Tools

• Himalaya Dolphin Baby Plush Yarn (rainbow colors)
• Hook: 3 mm
• Eyes for toys: 16 mm
• Doll eyelashes
• Filler for toys
• 4 joints (25 mm)
• Needle for sewing details
• Scissors

Conventions

• KА – amigurumi ring

• sc – single crochet

Head

We start with a red thread:

1. 8 sc in KA
2. 8 inc (16)
3. (1 sc, inc) x 8 times (24)
4. 24 sc
5. 24 sc
6. 12 dec (12)
7. 2 sc, 8 inc, 2 sc (20)
8. 2 sc, 16 inc, 2 sc (36)
9. 9-16. 36 sc (8 rows)

From the 16th row, change the thread to purple. Glue the eyelashes to the eyes. Insert the eyes between the 8th and 9th rows, side by side. The distance between the eye installation points is 5 increases of the 8th row.

11. (3 sc, dec) x 6 times (24)

Change the thread to red.

13. Stuff your head. Beat well.

Add more filler and pull the hole tight.

Handles (2 parts)

Red thread:

1. 8 sc in KA

Next, we knit 11 rows, changing the thread every 2 rows. The last three rows in one color (I have flesh).

5. 7-17. 8 sc

Stuff the handle a little. Insert the joint at the place of the last thread change. Tighten the hole.

Legs (2 parts)

Red thread:

1. 8 sc in KA
2. 8 inc (16)
3. (3 sc, inc) x 4 times (20)
4. 4-6. 20 sc (3 rows)
5. 10 dec (10)

Next, knit 11 rows, changing the thread every 2 rows. The last three rows in one color (I have flesh).

6. 8-18. 10 sc

Stuff the leg. Insert the joint at the place of the last thread change. Tighten the hole.

Body

Red thread:

1. 6 sc in KA
2. 6 inc (12)
3. (1 sc, inc) x 6 times (18)
4. (2 sc, inc) x 6 times (24)
5. (3 sc, inc) x 6 times (30)

Beige thread:

6. (4 sc, inc) x 6 times (36)
7. 36 sc

Mint thread:

8. 36 sc
9. (4 sc, dec) x 6 times (30)

Set the legs between 5 and 6 side by side.

Purple thread:

10. 30 sc
11. (3 sc, dec) x 6 times (24)

Peach thread:

12. 24 sc
13. (4 sc, dec) x 4 times (20)

Red thread:

14. 20 sc
15. (3 sc, dec) x 4 times (16)

Stuff the body. Body thread:

16. 16 sc
17. (2 sc, dec) x 4 times (12)
18. 18-20. 12 sc (3 rows)

Set knobs between 17 and 18 side by side. Add filler and tighten.

Ruff

Red color. We collect a chain of 15 ch.

Now, from each loop of this chain, we collect 5 ch and return back with 4 increases (from the second loop). It turns out 15 short curls.

In the last loop, you can knit 2 more curls (for bangs).

Tail

1. Dial 10 ch.
2. Return along the chain back with columns and without a crochet.
3. In the last loop, dial another 10 ch. Also go back along the chain with single crochets and repeat again.

Ears (2 parts)

1. 6 sc in KA
2. (1 sc, inc) x 3 times (9)
3. 9 sc
4. (2 sc, inc) x 3 times (12)
5. (2 sc, inc) x 4 times (16)
6. 16 sc
7. 8 dec (8)
8. Cut the thread, leaving a tail for sewing on the eyelet.

Assembling the Toy

• Sew on the ears.
• Sew on the head.
• Sew on the mane and tail.
• Embroider the mouth.
