Nose
We knit with a thin pink cotton thread.
- 1. 6 sc in MR
- 2. (sc, inc) x 3 times = 9 sc
- 3. 9 sc
- Stuff the detail. Pull off the loops. Leave a long end of the thread for sewing on the part.
Tail
- Close in the ring 6 sc.
- Next, crochet 30 rows of 6 sc, or 180 sc (for convenience).
Pants
- Make a chain of 48 ch, close it in a ring. Each new row starts with ch 2. At the end of each row, knit sl st.
- Knit 7 rows of 48 dc in each row.
- Knit the straps in rotary rows of 2 sc each. Each new row starts with ch 1. The straps should be about 20-22 rows long, with a 6-loop gap between them. Sew buttons on the front.
Assembly
- Fasten the handles between the 27th and 28th rows of the body.
- Sew the eyes between the 13th and 14th rows of the muzzle. The distance between the eyes is about 12-13 loops.
- Sew the ears between the 22nd and 23rd rows of the muzzle. The distance between the ears is about 11 loops. It is easier to sew the ears if the toy is turned with the reverse side facing you (nose away from you).
- Sew the tail so that it sticks out 2/3 from under the pants.
