Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors! I wanted to share some free amigurumi patterns with you here. In this article, I'll be sharing one pattern with instructions on how to make it. At the end, I’ll also include amigurumi patterns that can inspire new ideas for you!
Materials:
- Yarn: Himalaya Dolphin Big
- Himalaya Dolphin Baby for Muzzle
- 7.0 mm hook and 4.0 mm hook (for face)
- 12 mm eyes (nose optional)
- Scissors
- Needle with a large eye
- Lighter
- Semi-cotton thread for sewing parts
- Stuffing
Symbols:
- CA: magic ring
- VP: chain stitch
- Satn: single crochet
- pr: increase
- ub: decrease
- ss: slip stitch
- ( … ) * n: repeat the sequence in parentheses n times
- (12): number of stitches at the end of the row
Legs (Make 2)
- R 1: 8 sc in CA (8)
- R 2-4: 8 sc (3 rows)
Fasten off the first leg. Crochet the second leg in the same way, but do not fasten off. Continue to the body:
- R 5: ch 1, join the legs with 8 sc on the first leg, inc in ch between legs, 8 sc on the second leg, inc in ch (20)
- R 6-8: 20 sc (3 rows)
- R 9: 3 sc, dec, 8 sc, dec, 5 sc (18)
- R 10: 18 sc
- R 11: (1 sc, dec) * 6 (12)
- R 12: (2 sc, dec) * 3 (9)
- R 13: (2 sc, inc) * 3 (12)
- R 14: inc * 12 (24)
- R 15-17: 24 sc (3 rows)
- R 18: (2 sc, dec) * 6 (18)
- R 19: (1 sc, dec) * 6 (12)
- R 20: dec * 6 (6)
Fasten off and close the hole.
Arms (Make 2)
- R 1: 6 sc in CA (6)
- R 2-5: 6 sc (4 rows)
Fold the arm in half and sc through both sides to close. Fasten off.
Ears (Make 2)
- R 1: 7 sc in CA, ss to the first st
Fasten off and close.
Muzzle
Using Himalaya Dolphin Baby yarn and 4.0 mm hook:
- R 1: 6 sc in CA (6)
- R 2: inc * 6 (12)
- R 3: 12 sc
Fasten off and close.
